Job Description
- Proven experience as a network administrator
- Define network policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations
and cabling layouts.
- Provide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level
WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and
troubleshooting.
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote
implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Hands on experience on troubleshooting in desktops, laptops,
and printers , networking, routing and switching
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Operating
system, all types of applications, drivers, and necessary updates.
- Laptop hardware setup including assembling &
troubleshooting.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately for
permanent resolution
- Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and
networking issues and resolve issues within given SLA
- Assist with on boarding of new users
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Asset Management, record keeping of assets of the company
and keep updating the records
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Drivers Installation & configuration
- Configuration & troubleshooting MS- outlook, outlook
express and exchange mail.
- Installation- Windows 8, Windows -10, Windows 11
- Troubleshooting (MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office365)
- Troubleshooting of operating system
